RETURN, EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY
If you are not fully satisfied with any STEPHAN/H product, you can return your order within 10 days of your purchase, and receive a refund.
STEPHAN/H will only issue a refund for product that has not been worn, used or damaged. Every item must be returned in its original packaging with hang tags attached. Your original receipt must accompany the returned item(s). Shipping is non-refundable. Same payment method as purchase will be used for your refund.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS ON CUSTOM ORDERS
Custom orders are non-refundable.
PROCESS FOR RETURNING THE ITEM(S)
- Send us an email at return[at]stephanh[dot]com with your name and phone number.
- Attach a copy of the original receipt.
- Please identify the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once you receive authorization from our customer service department, please send your package to:

The package must be pre-paid by the customer. * The customer service department will need a tracking number of the package. STEPHAN/H will not be held responsible, under any circumstances, for any items that are lost or damaged in transit while being delivered to our address indicated above.

* If one or more of the items delivered does not match your order, however, STEPHAN/H will cover the return costs and replace the item(s) as promptly as possible at no additional charge. Please note: The initial delivery and handling costs are not refundable.
